Our handmade solid oak floating shelves are made in the UK in Lewes, East Sussex, using kiln dried French oak.

Each oak shelf is crafted from carefully selected rustic farmhouse solid oak, chosen for strength and long term stability. Many customers choose to match these shelves with their solid oak kitchen worktops for a cohesive and high quality finish.
Measurements
Approximate finished thickness is 43 to 45mm.

Finish
Finished with Danish oil to enhance the natural grain and bring out the rich tones of the oak. Every shelf is unique, as intended by nature.
Installation
Shelves are predrilled for installation.
Floating shelf bracket fixings are supplied free of charge with your shelf.
When installed correctly on a suitable wall, these solid oak shelves are strong and capable of holding substantial weight. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shelf is fixed to an appropriate wall type such as brick, stone, or wall studs. Plasterboard alone is not suitable. Returns will not be accepted where shelves are unsuitable for the intended wall type.

Shelves measuring 200cm and longer are carefully packed and shipped in a reinforced protective box rather than standard packaging. This ensures the shelf is fully supported during transit and significantly reduces the risk of damage, helping it arrive straight and in perfect condition.
