The grain is coarse yet even, enhancing the natural character and beauty of the timber. Iroko is also commonly known as **“African Teak”** due to its similar appearance and excellent natural durability. **IROKO cladding** is an extremely versatile and durable choice, suitable for a wide range of **interior and exterior applications**. **Rainscreen Cladding** creates a contemporary appearance with clean, bold lines and is a popular choice for modern homes, extensions and new-build projects. The profile is designed to help direct rainwater away while allowing airflow between the individual boards. We use quality **First & Second grade IROKO**. The timber may contain **small sound knots**, which are a natural characteristic of real wood and do not affect its quality, strength or performance.
